That bugged me, too. I hate it when the numbers don't match.

The tribe the mummies originated in did have a tradition of bringhing them home for religious feast days (guess they didn't eat much) and making sure they were properly dressed, but they were people who remembered Grandma or whoever she was.

This guy is just being weird.
