from 47.7% to 47.6%, after the congressional address Tuesday night.

That's in no way good news for Trump given that apparently 75% or more of the people who viewed the speech were already Trump supporters.

Any polls on the speech itself are absolutely useless at this point given barely any Democrats watched the speech.
