Cell phone: makes, receives calls but no apps work. [View all]

Alcatel TCL A3. It's connected to my router with WiFi being on. I've tried unplugging the router, powering up again, didn't work. None of the apps work, but none say that I'm not online.
What to do? What to do? What to do?
