This site is coded so that when you visit a link, the color will change to show it has been visited (and yes, it is very handy). If this is not persistent from one visit to the next, your browser settings would be where to look. I do not use Windows so cannot say exactly how to check but usually, you'd just go to the top menu of your browser and start looking.

Found this dell support site which helps determine which browser you are using. From there you can get help for the specific browser.

It could be a setting for the history (which keeps track of sites you have visited). History can be set to not save, but that would cause every site you visit to always require a new log-in, and is a huge hassle.

Hope this gives you a starting point.
