File format for writing journal with embedded MP3s [View all]

I have a series of recordings in MP3.

I want to create an emailable document that includes the MP3s but prefaces them with explanatory text.

Eg.

He calls me an idiot

(Idiot.mp3)

He sends me to wrong address

(Wrongadd.MP3)

...and so on.

Must work on Windows 10 and iPhone
