It's already state law. This is another R-MAGA ratfucking attempt at making it harder for people to vote--suppression--as well as their ploy to increase the number of R voters to a spring election. I think it's the fourth such R referendum, all of which are wholly unnecessary, as their subjects are already state law. They just want to harden their grasp on power.
