There’s now, 5 years later, a bunch of stuff they aren’t allowed to do without legislative approval. Including starting new suits.
Whereas previously, WI used to initiate/sign on to lots of joint actions with other states, Kaul’s hands are now tied at the very least fiscally, keeping him from doing this and things like this.
Vent warning -this may or may not apply to you: I don’t understand how, after 14 years of GQP bull crap in WI and more nationally, everyone is so committed to bashing Dems instead of doing the least bit of freaking research. GOP manipulations should always be your first thought. How many years do these people have to abuse you legislatively and point their fingers at Dems before you start fucking looking at the GQP?
