cops, like the Uvalde and Buffalo shooters. He actually made elaborate plans to get away with it, and may have done so had he used an untraceable rifle. This most recent massacre opens up the troubling possibility of a whole new category of spree killers on the right; people acting more as political terrorists than simply deranged madmen.
