I went to Joe Wilson's webpage, and he's having a "town meeting by phone" [View all]

(whatever the hell that means) On March 1.

That flashed on the screen for a nanosecond, then I couldn't see it any more.

Can anyone help me? What is that supposed to mean, other than the fact that he's scared to face constituents?
