but I see no signs that Merrick Garland has any intentions of going after sitting Congress critters, it would give the appearance of partisanship. I know Jack Smith doesn't care if he is in Congress, maybe Smith can convince Garland to indict Perry?

How long has it been since the FBI seized Perry's phone? Perry was a key player in the fake elector scheme.
