That was one crazy storm that blew through here (Genesee County MI) last night [View all]

It did get pretty windy and there were/are LOTS of power outages. I might have lost some small branches (haven't checked, yet) but all in all it was just another thunder storm with very little thunder.

HOWEVER, just a couple of miles down the main road there are trees down. A little further east there are lots of power outages and tree/structure damage. Same thing to our west. We just seemed to have had some sort of weather shield.

I took this photo immediately after the wind died down. It was still raining and there was a rainbow, barely visible, on the east side of the house.
