the Polysci guy here figured that he beat Jones because he was ahead of him on the ballot, because he was ahead of him in the alphabet. But I think he was wrong about how ballot placement works. It's either random, or evenly divided somehow.

By this point it seems that York has withdrawn or war rejected as we have no candidate for the 3rd district. That's really sad because that is a district where we should be competetive, at least with a conservadem candidate.
