29. No, just no. There is no where on the coast safe from

a devastating hurricane. Home insurance is insanely expensive. Due to the collapse of a condo that claimed the lives of 93 people a state law was passed that requires inspection of older condos. The cost of those inspections and the repairs will be passed on to the owners by the HOAs. So, lots of condos getting dumped on the market. I won’t even get into the MAGA political bs. I’ve lived most of my 63 years in Florida but not a snowballs chance in hell I’d willingly move here. I’d look into the research triangle in North Carolina.
