Carrots
Parsnips
Onions
Celery
Sweet potatoes
Yukon gold potatoes
Garlic
Salt
pepper
Veggie stock
Olive oil
Available fresh herbs
Chop, saute, bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. Blend with immersion blender. Leave a few chunks.
Crusty bread and butter.
