It's not that "nothing is being done" but rather that it takes far too much time to fight tRump and his cronies through the legal system. While Scam "A" is being dealt with they're doing Scam "B", "C", "D", and "E".

It's going to take decades to undo all the harm tRump has done. The best thing for the country would be for nature to take it's course sooner rather than later.
