100+ employees. This is NOT our experience. We have started letting people go, and have cancelled our Summer bonus for the first time the Great Recession. A lot of MAGA here, and it is going to cost them dearly. One of our customer's cut their forecasts 25% this week, so I am highly dubious of any reports of manufacturing being "up".

Our peers are also seeing major declines.
