The WPR is a toothless piece of shit that needs to be tossed and that power needs to be yanked from the Executive if Congress (THE PEOPLE) doesn't want it after an agreed upon reasonable period. And by a simple majority. If the Executive fails to submit to the coercion from Congress (THE PEOPLE), articles of impeachment are suspended, along with the person holding the Executive office. Put some damn teeth into this shit.
