21. That is totally erroneous. Vote by mail has been around for a considerable length of time -

Yesterday

is hugely popular in every place that is has been offered - and, self evidently, its implementation had nothing to do with Covid.

In California the vast majority of voting - over 80% - is done by mail. 10 times easier - and 10 times more convenient while adapting to everyone's personal schedule, needs, and preference! I'll turn the question back to you ... Why on earth would anyone want to return to 'same day', OR 'in person' voting? What a needless and royal pain!
