But agree that at this point, the "Master" John Roberts does carve-outs only for 45.

We have the option to use USPS, or drop-box at the nearby community center (the option I choose).

Simple. Hand your ballot to the postal clerk & at the counter; they physically will date stamp the outside of the mail.

Anything that requires a postmarked date I will go to the Post Office, wait for however long and watch them stamp it
