5. I think the word "Collaterals"

includes even American citizens who happen to be in the "way" of ICE... or disdainful of them. We've already seen Americans being swept up and held incommunicado while showing REAL IDs, etc. that are then just file 13'd. This truly does sound like they're ramping up to make anyone not a *good* republican become collateral damage and housed in concentration camps. And the damned fool idiots swore up and down this was what Democrats were doing? Once again, every accusation is a confession.
