Cutting a program that was created to protect low income citizens during the colder and hotter months now endangers their very lives. Isn't this an irresponsible move that borders on a criminal endangerment of it's citizens by the federal government? A government that openly threatens the lives of it's citizens..WOW!!!.INCREDIBLE!
