He does "give a fuck" in that he is able to fulfill this sick need of his.

It's very difficult to comprehend that there are such evil people such as trump. For the most part people will show remorse and seek forgiveness. trump smiles and plays with his shriveled up little mushroom, and finds great sadistic joy inflicting pain.
