38. How does any of this fall under presidential duties??

First there was the Kennedy Center, now the Smithsonian?? With all the lawsuits and the failures his administration is facing, he's targeting museums, colleges and universities and research and art centers, not to mention zoos?! What possible business are any of these institutions of the federal government?? Something tells me he has way too much time on his hands with Musk as his co-president wreaking havoc in the federal government.
