10. its time for judges to start locking up administration officials for contempt

step 1: order them to appear in court
step 2: if the appear then send them directly to jail
step 3: if they refuse to appear order us marshalls to arrest them
step 4: if the administration orders teh marshals to disobey the order and refuses to comply then we might as well rip up the constutution because thats a recipe for civil war
