I've been wracking my brains, trying to remember the web filter s/w we used when I worked at the Main Library. The marbles kept moving enough I finally remembered it... it was called "Fortress". And it was a one-size fits all piece of s/w. Granted you could get pretty creative with what you were looking to filter, but it still was a huge hammer trying to hit tiny nails. So much got censored simply because of the word, itself, that it was looking for. AI does the same damn thing. I guess it's suppose to be intelligent enough to look around at the content and decide whether or not the censorship is justified... but I honestly don't think that can be done. A human... a real, thinking, aware human would have to the one to make the final decision. And neither Musk nor trump have time to look at content for everything they're stripping.

And why hasn't this been brought to the courts as a First Amendment case?! It's absolutely transgressing against freedom of speech. Do these rights and liberties really mean nothing in this country any longer?! We're so far down the rabbit hole, daylight is a year behind us!
