13. The problem is Trump is flooding the zone with BS policy actions in addition to BS rhetoric

Steve Bannon put words to their strategy, saying that it was to "flood the zone with shit" to prevent their opposition from rallying against specific policies because they were overwhelmed and fragmented by the number of things they had to deal with.

For now, there has been an insane amount of BS that are actually substantive actions, not just rhetoric. Much of it exceeds what should be the scope of presidential powers, like terminating USAID, which was created by an act of Congress, so Congress would need to be the ones who terminated or changed it.

I guess the challenge will to be to file actions against all of these things in court - and hope there aren't many Aileen Cannon type Trump appointed judges that draw the assignments. I'm not sure how much Congressional action can stop it, but being in the minority and losing the Senate seats in PA and OH really hurts because we need 4 or 5 Republican Congressmen and 4 Republican Senators to get anything passed.
