Earlier today I saw on cable news a post I saw on DU was a fake event posted by Russians on Facebook. I read it here a few days ago...a protest being organized to have a Black Lives Matter/ anti-Charlottesville (Unite the White) rally in DC on Aug 12th.
CNN has been running the story that Facebook has spotted several RUSSIAN CREATED PROTESTS to instigate more violence and division. If you know of this protest or others always double check the sources please. If you plan on attending a protest stay peaceful and safe! There are real groups like The Proud Boys who want to start fights...DO NOT FALL FOR IT!
