8. I really thought looting was already illegal

I distinctly remember after last April's tornadoes three or four guys from Florida were arrested for looting, somewhere up around Birmingham. Maybe the actual charge was burglary or theft, or something like that. But they were looting, and were arrested for it. I don't know what has become of the case.
