13. Been wondering about Warsh at the Fed and his new policy of not communicating the Fed's intentions.

He says it constrains them too much, but less guidance cannot be good. It means more shock, awe, and surprise announcements…macro bets can be made huge…I wonder who might benefit most from inside info on something with little to no guidance?
