A class action suit will probably be filed, as has happened when his other scams occurred. No doubt an entity was formed for the purpose of running the scam. Its assets are a few pieces of office furniture or something like that. He licenses his name and takes his cut from an LLC, which in this case stands for Lotsa Luck Collecting. They have ir down to a science now.

No sympathy for someone who doesn’t understand what he is by this point.
