Tourettes is stereotypically known as the disorder that causes someone to involuntarily swear or say inappropriate things. Most recently a presenter at the BAFTA awards who has Tourettes was paired with another presenter who is black, and the man with Tourettes shouted out the N word on live television.
In my experience (Im a retired therapist) that presentation is the least common- although some form of vocal tic is required for the diagnosis, it is much more common for it to take the form of non-verbal vocalizations such as grunts, whoops, shrieks, etc. combined with motor tics such as blinking, jerking, grimacing etc.

Cheung is a contemptible lackey who deserves our scorn, but not at the expense of stigmatizing mental health and neurological disorders that many others struggle with. If someone had cerebral palsy, we wouldnt mock him as a spaz, and if someone had schizophrenia, we wouldnt mock them as a psycho, would we?
