Lucky, wherever you are, you can ground all of your anxiety into the Earth. Just imagine your body growing roots deeply into the center of the Earth. Send your fear into these roots. Mother Earth transmutes those hard emotions into their neutral elements, you are not harming her. She gives back to you elements of healing, calm, and peace. I have been doing this and it absolutely works to help relieve the fear and bring in peace. 💚
