Yesterday

he had legitimate, legal grounds for the attacks. At least Bush went through the motions of going to congress to get authorization to use military force. It was all BS of course, but he went to the trouble of putting on a show.

Like a willful child, Trump just does whatever he wants whenever it suits him.
