...boasting he could make a better one.

He's nothing but a psychopath who craves committing one despicable act after the other. He's now on to the things he claimed he wouldn't do, like a power junkie should be expected to do.

We're long past assuming his ability to do anything more each and every day than ingratiate and defend himself.
