10. This man's background before being elected to the House in 2012 is appallingly thin.

He graduated from high school in 1995. Dropped out of small Oklahoma college. Ran a pluming business for 13 years. At age 33 he got an associate degree in building construction technology. For another couple of years, until 2012, he hosted a radio talk show. That is not much of a resume for someone representing 800,000+ people.
