22. Five million Democratic voters in Texas, and this poll samples 369 of them. Who? Where?

I guess it's an indication, but it's just one of many, and I wouldn't count on it to necessarily reflect statewide Democratic voter sentiment. I'd be skeptical of a poll sampling 3000 random voters. With 369 voters, just seven people constitute 2% of the voters sampled. If it turns out to be accurate, kudos to them, but I still wouldn't bet the farm on it.
