Bullies can succeed in intimidating and controlling people. Everyone knows that. What bullies often don't know is that they will, someday, meet a more powerful bully who will bully them or destroy them. There's always a more effective bully waiting on the sidelines. It's just a matter of when that bully steps in and crushes your bullying. It's not pretty when that happens, but it always happens. That's the rule. Bullies end up learning that rule, one way or another.
