So the plaintiffs will probably be well prepared and present the same thorough, evidence based case as they did to the lower court, and the Trump administration will be ill-prepared, incompetent and present false or incomplete evidence to the judge.

I don’t know anything about the appeals judge, who appointed him- do you?
