They are unleashing asbestos into the environment that will be there for years. The workers are stupid to do this work and put themselves at risk but they are probably part of the hate brigade willing to do it.
I would suggest the head of EPA be required to be onsite every day - without protection if he thinks this is OK.

I have to replace a floor in one of my rooms. What exists are tiles that have asbestos so the flooring people (more than one) have informed me they have to take certain measures to replace the floor so they are protected from asbestos and it does not escape into the rest of the house.
