C’mon Democrats was this a single source contract for demolition? Architectural contact? Engineering contract? General Construction contract? How were these contracts bid?

C’mon Democrats who inspects the foundation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and more? My little town inspected my new AC unit and new water heater.

C’mon Democrats how much did that change order from 55,000 to 90,000 sq feet cost?
