36. I think its just her makeup.

Putting the dark brown in the crease makes her eyes look deep set. The highlights at the edge of her brow intensify this. The best thing she could do is start over with a clean face and do less of everything. With makeup, less is more.

Edit: She may have had plastic surgery to reduce eye wrinkles. But it usually ends up making eyes look puffy.
