Instead of hungry/hunger or starvation/malnutrition. Wasn't that what Reagan called starving Americans? Didn't his administration coin the term?

Not sure how the history of the sanitized sounding description for being hungry or starving came about in the US. Really sad to know more people are suffering from it. What an awful country to allow people to suffer like this when some citizens have more than they can ever use up in several lifetimes.
