When dozens of rural hospitals start closing in Iowa, we'll be thinking of you. How proud you'll be to have cut live-saving services for hundreds of thousands of Iowans. Hey, but that's what Donald wants, no? "So what," you'll say, "We're all gonna die anyway." You should RESIGN immediately because you don't represent Iowa! I can hardly wait to vote against you next year!!
