I so hope Georgia voters are smart enough to re-elect him.

I don't think any of Taco Don's appointees ever answer a question directly, whether a yes-or-no question, or any other kind. They dance, feint, babble, obfuscate, etc, etc, etc. They are masters of the, "If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit" approach.
