and I think others should do as a neighborhood in Boston did. If you see a bunch of them sitting in their unmarked cars, call the cops and report "armed masked men sitting in unmarked cars." In Boston, that brought the cops and the guys scattered like roaches when a light is turned on. Alternatively, scream, "La migra! La migra!" as loud as you can and see what happens.....from your hiding place.
