. . . . and strapped up and posturing are clearly not professionals. They act like bounty hunters getting their rocks off. :But isn't it interesting how they back down scatter when confronted by righteously pissed off citizens.

I am made to honestly wonder. Are they actually paid US government employees or are they bounty hunters paid by the capture?

They seem pretty chicken shit when confronted by, say, a young Latina with a cell phone camera taking pictures and mocking them.
