10. I live near Santa Ana

The guy who does my yard work, almost sure not legal citizen. Dude is mid sixties, put one kid through Cal State Fullerton, assume his daughter is through college also. Other son has likely returned to Mexico.

Dude is so focused and serious that he jumped on me for some cheap mulch that was put in my planters. (Neighbor got some free stuff, his wife couldn't park car in driveway so all the neighbors helped by clearing out his driveway)

Jose wasn't pissed that I didn't go through him, he was pissed because the mulch was crap, it was like it was his own yard. Dude never misses a week, our green waste bin is filled every damn week, he always picks one activity along with mowing the lawn. Two weeks ago he came in the garage and apologized for not cutting back the Star Jasmine yet, becuase it was still flowering. Told him it is a late bloom year, July is fine. Anyway solid guy.

Orange County and Southern Cal will grind to a halt if this shit continues. Solid hard working people, they are more likely to be victims of crime from shitty white folks than to commit a crime.
