all caused by his insane fucked-up economics tariffs policies. That economic mess is quickly spiraling out of anyone's control in his inept administration. Cutting the interest rate is not going to change the downward spiral of his failed economic policies. The next step is martial law to keep control of power as the aggrieved masses of the American people will demand his impeachment and removal from office.
