The birthday parade is cover. If 250 tanks rolled into DC without reason, people would notice. The parade gives them a plausible reason.

The riots in LAPD (there will soon be others) will escalate thanks to paid agitators and give DC a reason to declare martial law. The military equipment in DC will be used to secure and defend the powers that be.

When they said "Trump 2028" they were not joking about it.
