Don't you think it was rather silly of long-time Democratic supporter and heavy hitting fund-raiser him to help Biden raise all that money AFTER the incident that supposedly triggered his self-interest - money which can't be shifted to other candidates without the donor's consent - if his goal was to get back at Biden.

That makes zero sense. I take him at his word that what he saw at that fundraiser - coupled with the debate - gave him serious pause for concern.
